Bank stocks: Stock market update: Bank stocks mixed; IndusInd Bank rises nearly 3%


NEW DELHI: Bank stocks have been buying and selling on a combined word at 01:29PM (IST) on Tuesday.

Shares of IndusInd Bank (up 2.61 per cent) , Federal Bank (up 2.38 per cent) ,

(up 2.08 per cent) , (up 1.46 per cent) and IDFC Bank (up 1.06 per cent) have been among the many prime gainers.

While Kotak Mahindra Bank (down 3.38 per cent) ,

(down 1.95 per cent) and HDFC Bank (down 0.93 per cent) have been the highest losers within the index.

The Nifty Bank index was buying and selling 0.02 per cent up at 35262.65 round 01:29PM.

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 85.35 factors at 14761.05, whereas the BSE Sensex was up 227.74 factors at 49972.06.
